Description
CYD-701 series additives are special surface groups dendritic polymers produced by Weihai CY Dendrimer Technology Co.,Ltd. Apparently improve processing fluidity and dispersion of fillers in nylon systems, effectively reduce fiber floating and perfect products surface gloss, widely applied in pipe, film, sheets, wire and cable, automotive industry, machine parts, electrical elements, shells etc.
Performance
1. Improve fluidity of nylon products and melt index increased by times.
2. Decrease melt pressure and machine current, improve flowing property of melt,
and increase processability.
3. Increase molding rate, improve thickness uniformity, dimensional stability.
4. Improve dispersion of glass fiber, carbon fiber and inorganic fillers.
5. Eliminate fiber floating.
6. Perfect products surface gloss.
7. Reduce overall cost, perfect quality.
Advice of dosage
0.3-0.5%
Storage
CYD-701 can be directly added into polymers, or made in masterbatch type to have better dispersion under lower dosage.
1) Dosage 0.2-0.3%, the melt index isincreased by times.
2) Decrease melt pressure and machinecurrent, and increase the output.
3) Surface property improved, whilehas no influence on fire resistance;
4) No negative influence on theproducts’ mechanical properties
5) Reduce overall cost, perfect quality.
